Check in Time Check-out time: 12:00 Noon; Check-in time: 3:00PM. Late arrivals – Please call ahead so that we can facilitate changes in pick-up arrangements and a smooth check-in. Rates All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Airport Transfers Airport transfers are not included in our rates. Airport shuttle bus transfer is available from Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston. We will be happy to make arrangements for you at a cost of US$40 each way for up to 3 persons, while for 4 persons and over, the price per additional person is US9. Confirmed Bookings Confirmation will only be given upon receipt by Neita's Nest of the deposit. A follow-up email to advise date and method sent will facilitate the confirmation process. Payments can be made using: 1. PayPal (www.paypal.com) with reference to email address neitasnest@neitasnest.com 2. Cash 3. Manager's Cheque - Kindly send by priority mail 4. International Money Order - Kindly send your Money Order payments by priority mail, using your local post offices’ international money transfer methods, where available 5. Credit Card payments can be made via your local travel agent with instructions to liaise via neitasnest@neitasnest.com or 1-876-469-3005 for transfer arrangements
Deposit requirements vary depending on whether your booking dates fall during the Peak or Non-Peak Periods. Peak Periods are: ·Easter, including the week prior to and after the Easter weekend ·Jamaica's Independence and Emancipation Celebrations, July 25 through August 15 ·Christmas, including the week prior to Christmas Eve, and until Boxing Day (December 26) ·New Year, from December 27 through January 7
Peak Periods: A 100% reservation payment, as well as the security deposit (see below), are required for bookings during peak periods. Payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Peak Periods: A 50% reservation payment is due at the time of booking, along with the Security Deposit (see below). These are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise agreed. Security Deposit A cash deposit will be required at the time of booking for incidental charges (telephone calls, cellular phone rental, meals, drinks etc.) and as a security deposit against breakages, damages or loss of property e.g. beach towels. This security deposit will be $100 per room booked.
Incidental charges, cleaning charges for smoking violations and cost of damages/breakages/loss, if any, will be deducted after thorough inspection by the housekeeper. The balance will be refunded.
General Cancellation/Refund Policy All cancellations must be notified in writing directly to Neita’s Nest.
For cancellations received 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, you can book a new reservations within the following 365 days and apply your reservation payment to that new booking. There will be no refund or re-booking for no shows, early departures or other violations of our resort policy. Guests who abandon the rooms of Neita’s Nest for any reason whatsoever have no right to compensation of any type.
Tips Please feel free to give tips to the staff on your departure if the service so moves you. Smoking Policy You are welcome to smoke cigarettes, cigars and tobacco on the patios, balcony, and in the garden areas. Please refrain from smoking indoors. Capacity of B&B Rooms Persons occupying the rented property are restricted to those listed on your Reservation Confirmation. Should there be changes made to your rental party after your reservation is confirmed, the client agrees to notify Neita’s Nest immediately for approval. Approval should also be sought should you desire to increase the number of persons in your rental party. The client agrees to pay any relevant charges that would arise. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without refund. Security/Non-Guest Policy Neita’s Nest strives to maintain good security to ensure the safety and protection of all guests, staff and residents of the property. It is imperative that you do NOT invite strangers (people you did not know prior to your trip) to the property, for security reasons. This does not apply to your family or friends who may be staying at another location or who reside in Jamaica.
Should you wish to have family/friends visit you during your stay at Neita’s Nest, please submit their names in writing to The Manager, Neita’s Nest for approval prior to arriving in Jamaica at the property. Persons not pre-approved will be denied access to the property. Should drinks, meals or services be provided for your visitors, charges will of course apply. Persons separate from the rental party as stated in your reservation confirmation may NOT stay overnight.
Quiet Enjoyment and Parties Neita’s Nest wishes to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of all our guests. We rent to family groups and responsible adults only. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other guests or residents of the neighborhood.
Environmentally-conscious Bed and Breakfast facility We are environmentally responsible with a strong commitment to environmental management programs such as linen and towel reuse, composting, energy conservation, water conservation, limited use of chemicals, management and staff education and monitoring systems etc. Please note that in a typical one week stay, fresh linens will be provided twice for the week; once at the beginning, and again mid-week.
Energy Surcharge With the spiraling cost of energy, we ask that ceiling fans and lights be turned off when guests are out of the bedrooms. Otherwise, an energy surcharge of US$10 per room per day will be added to your charges. Liability Neita’s Nest assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person, property or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of the Government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, delays or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedule, or from acts or omissions of any kind or in any way related to the accommodation or transportation offered herein or due to any other cause beyond the control of Neita’s Nest.
No warranty of safety is made by Neita’s Nest. Clients should use reasonable caution appropriate for living in a foreign country and in a home. The transportation carriers and other suppliers providing travel or other services are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Neita’s Nest. Neita’s Nest is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such supplier or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Specifically, the client expressly releases Neita’s Nest from any and all liability for property loss, personal injury or death occurring for whatever reason at Neita’s Nest, from its transportation providers or from independent contractors.
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of Neita’s Nest and the client, and they shall not be modified. Kindly print name and sign below, and fax to The Manager, Neita's Nest, 876-931-1901 to confirm your agreement with the aforesaid.
