Neita's Nest - a perfect setting for creativity
When Richard Moore booked with us for a week in March to attend our annual high schools boys' and girls' athletics championship, I first thought he was a diehard alumnus returning as they annually do for this historic, now world-renowned, track meet. He soon told me that he was an independent sports writer covering for Esquire Magazine, a couple Scottish newspapers, and laying some groundwork for another book he plans to write.
In short order, his booking was lengthened, due, I can only assume to the myriad of interviews he was scheduling across the island as he attempted to get his own handle on the contributing factors to the amazing talent of our Jamaican athletes.

One of them, Kingston College school boy, Zharnel Hughes captivated Richard's attention. So moved was Richard that he wrote this feature on him, right here at Neita's Nest.
