Kushite's Vegetable Cuisine was the fare for Neita's Nest's first Guest Chef Evening with Kush himself delighting friends and family.
Kush created a menu based on what we had in our kitchen. We got off to a flying start with Curried Pumpkin Sambusas served with a Double Apple Salsa.

Kush was keeping secrets when he named this dessert Cheesecake in a Cup. There was nothing cheesy about this final course.
